Refund Policy

I can only accept returns in special circumstances. Most of my artistic works are tailor-made at the customer's request and this makes it more difficult to accept the return. However, I'm are very concerned that all my customers are happy and satisfied. For a valid reason, TAFTIQUE accepts returns for works of art under original conditions within 15 days of purchase (shipping costs borne by the sender). If there are problems with an item you have received, do not hesitate to contact me.

All returned items must be unused, complete with original package. Make sure all returned items are well packed to ensure a safe return. All returned packets must be sent with a traceable service. I cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit. Products purchased on sale cannot be refunded. To start a return, please send an email to and include the following information: -Your name -The title of the piece -The date of purchase -The purchase price (please include a screenshot or a photo of the receipt) -The reason for requesting a return -

If the artwork has arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for the return of your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipment will be deducted from the refund. Once I have received and inspected your return, I will send you an email informing you that I have received your returned item. I will also inform you of the approval or refusal of the refund. If it has been approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Remboss late or missing: If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially published.
